About Me

John has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a full business cycle experience including solution conception, product development, sales and marketing, discrete and process manufacturing, supply chain, implementation, support, finance and controlling.

Most recently, John served as Principle Consultant for Asystek Solutions Group LLC in Allentown, PA. Prior to that, he was the Director of Operations for Reliable Equipment Manufacturing Co. in Warminster, PA and President of Zircon Corporation in Hulmeville, PA. 

John also has experience as a founder and board member, as well as a VP of Operations at TriTech Applied Sciences, Inc. and a founder at Interface Electronics Design Inc.

John's education includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Business Management, Operations, and Project Management from The Pennsylvania State University.

John's skills include corporate management, financial analysis, discrete and process manufacturing business operations, technical sales and contract negotiations, technical and cost proposal writing, SAP ERP implementation and management, lean operations, data analysis and financial reporting, MS Office Suite and Excel, inventory management, mechanical and electrical engineering, product design and development, project management, subcontract and vendor management, international logistics, and expertise in molding, machining and mold making, SolidWorks, and 3D printing.

John's accomplishments include receiving the NASA Galveston "Excellence in Engineering" award for improvements to the Space Transportation System (Space Shuttle) WCS Systems and holding a U.S. patent for a cable reel trailer. He is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence/SME, Society of Plastics Engineers, and Optimist International.
